Does anyone know how to edit the loader or remove it. It's just a pain to get two boot screens one for Be which is no longer there and then the NT one also. Any help is appreciated. I've run lilo a half dozen times and it's not overwriting the FBSD boot loader. I've tried doing a 'lilo -u' to make lilo think that it's really removing it's boot loader in the hopes that it'd take off the other, but no love there. I suspect there is some operator error here. I don't know the *specifics* of Win 2000, but for WinNT 4.0 (Win 2000 is really WinNT 5.0), if you install WinNT 4.0 with a FAT16 C: drive, it can be booted directly from LILO as if it were MS-DOS 6.x or Win9X (MS-DOS 7.x) -- that is installing WinNT 4.0 on a FAT16 C: installs WinNT's boot loader as a MS-DOS .
